Desert Highlands Membership Fee Increasing

Desert Highlands Club is increasing their Membership Fee to $250,000. This increase will raise the price to the same fee as Desert Mountain. The two clubs have traditionally had similar membership fees, although Desert Highlands is typically slightly lower since it has one golf course, compared to seven golf courses at Desert Mountain.

The fee increase goes into effect on September 1st, 2026. Any transactions currently in escrow as of September 1st, will be grandfathered in at the previous $205,000 Membership Fee.

Over the past year, Desert Highlands has completed multiple improvements at the Club. There was a comprehensive restoration of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The course was modernized for today’s golfers with an enhanced experience. The Women’s Locker Room was reimagined with sophisticated finishes, improved amenities, and new gathering areas. The Golf Shop was also updated with an elevated arrival experience, improved member services and enhanced merchandising. The Club is currently in the process of renovating the Men’s Locker Room with upscale locker facilities, modern social spaces, and upgraded indoor/outdoor amenities. Also this summer, the Ladera Dining Room is being refreshed with a more contemporary interior.

Desert Highlands is a very unique club because all memberships transfer at the same time as a real estate purchase. There is no membership wait list because all memberships are tied to the homes in the community. Homebuyers in Desert Highlands have immediate access to golf, dining, fitness and activities.
