Many people have asked me if the photos on our websites of deer at Desert Mountain are real. Somehow they just don’t believe such an idyllic creature can wander between the homes at Desert Mountain. Well, yes of course, this is real. It is quite common for residents to see deer in Desert Mountain.
The homes are exceptionally well spaced out, the landscape is kept very natural
and Desert Mountain goes right up to the mountains. Deer are frequent guests in our community. In fact, one of my friends who lives in Sunrise Village had 8 deer in their backyard last night. What an amazing place to live! Surrounded by nature and yet so convenient to everything that makes Scottsdale so great.
