Desert Mountain members who love finer foods can participate in cooking classes with the professional chefs. Not only are these classes a fun and delicious experience, it’s also a great way to get to know other members. Upcoming cooking classes are available August 18, 2016 and 
September 15, 2016.
Last month Chef Tim taught a cooking class on “Everything Oysters” in the Apache Kitchen.
On Thursday, September 15th join Chef Zach in Constantino’s Kitchen for his class on “Lobster & Shellfish Dishes.” This class begins at 5:00pm and is $68 per person.
Reservations for classes can be made up to 30 days prior to the class date. Those interested in honing their culinary craftsmanship can call Member Services or book their spot online.
Cooking classes are one of the many fun events that make Mountain is a premiere living community. It is a great opportunity to meet other members while enjoying a lovely evening.
