Can Lifestyle Members Golf at Desert Mountain?

I am frequently asked whether the Lifestyle Membership category at Desert Mountain allows any golf privileges. A Lifestyle Membership is similar to a Social membership at other clubs. Lifestyle members have full use of the fitness center, restaurants, social activities, spa, tennis, pickle ball, clubhouses, etc. They do not have access to any golf courses at Desert Mountain on their own. Lifestyle members are only allowed to golf as a guest of a Golf member, six times per calendar year.

The Lifestyle initiation fee is $123,000 and the monthly dues are $1224. This category of membership can only be acquired in one of 3 ways. Firstly, you can purchase a Lifestyle Membership through a real estate purchase with a transferable membership. This is possible by either  purchasing a home that has a transferable Lifestyle Membership, or buying a home with a transferable Golf Membership, and downgrading the membership to Lifestyle at close of escrow. Secondly, all home buyers at Seven can elect to purchase a Lifestyle Membership. Lastly, if you are on the wait list for a Golf Membership, you have the option of acquiring a Lifestyle Membership on a temporary basis, while you wait for a Golf Membership to become available.

There is no wait list for Lifestyle Memberships because they are not sold individually. They can only be purchased in one of the scenarios above.
