Camelot Homes Now Selling at Seven Desert Mountain

Camelot Homes newest community is The Villas at Seven. These new contemporary homes are being built next to the Seven golf course at Desert Mountain. They are detached luxury patio homes with multiple floor plans to choose from. The smallest home is a single level 2 bed/2.5 bath, 2 car garage home with 2705 sq ft. The largest home will be a two story 4 bed/4.5 baths, 3 car garage home with 4902 sq ft. There is optional second story on two of the floor plans. Elevators will be included on all two story homes. The base price starts at $1,525,900 not including upgrades, options, pool or backyard landscaping. The most expensive Camelot home is expected to be close to $3 Million with upgrades and options. The average lot size of the homes will be 7500 sq ft (approximately 1/5th of an acre).

Two model homes are currently under construction and will be done by June, 2019. Lots 58-70 have been released and buyers are now purchasing those homes.  The build time is approximately a year so the new owners will be able to move in during spring 2020.
