The new construction homes on Parcel 19 of Desert Mountain is already developing buzz. So many buyers want to know what will be built and how much will it cost. Nothing is official yet but the word on the street is that 3 builders have been chosen for Parcel 19 homes. Each of the builders will be building a different type and size of home. There will be something for everyone:
Cullum Homes – will build the largest semi-custom homes, up to 4000 sq ft, priced close to $2.5 Million
Camelot Homes – will build single family homes up to 3000 sq ft, priced up to $1.6 Million
Family Development – will build 5-plex homes. They will be designed as lock-and-leave attached villas. They will be up to 2500 sq ft, priced in the upper $900,000’s – $1.2 Million.
Models are expected to be open by January 2019. Consider this information a rumor. Everything is subject to change. Nothing is official yet.
