Construction is progressing on the new homes at Seven Desert Mountain. There are 3 builders that will be building up to 190 homes in the community. Choices range from stacked flat condominiums and single family homes, to estate sized custom homes on double lots.
Family Development is building the stacked flat condos at Seven. Each building will have two stories with 2 condos on the first floor and 3 condos on the second floor. Buildings 8 and 9 are currently under construction. Building 8 is on the third hole of Seven golf course. Building 9 looks over the sixth hole. All units are currently available for reservation and they will be announcing some incentives soon. The least expensive condo is $1,500,000 for 2414 sq ft on the first floor. The most expensive unit is 2716 s ft on the second floor for $2,035,000. If you are looking for a property to use in a few years, you also have the option of purchasing the model and leasing it back to the builder. The models are priced at $1,700,000-$2,035,000.
Camelot Homes is building beautiful single family homes at Seven. Their floor plans range from 2700-4900 sq ft including both single level and two level homes. All two story homes will have an elevator option. Camelot is the furthest along of all the developers in Seven. The Camelot models are opening at the end of September, 2019.
Cullum Homes is building the largest, most expensive homes at Seven. These homes will be located between the Renegade Golf Course and the Seven Golf Course. There are several floor plans to choose from. The homes range from 3,304 sq ft starting at $1,995,000 to 4,228 sq ft starting at $2,375,000. After lot premiums, options and upgrades the Cullum homes are expected to be high $2 millions to $4 million range. Cullum offers an entertainment basement option with a bar, golf simulator and car showcase. They will also build a completely custom home. Buyers have the option of doubling the size of the property and building on two lots. It will be interesting to see if anyone purchases on a double lot. The Cullum models are expected to open in April, 2020.
