Membership Mandatory at Desert Mountain’s Seven

The new golf course, named Seven Desert Mountain, is currently under construction and the land surrounding the course is being prepped for new homes. Desert Mountain has announced that up to 190 new homes will be located next to Seven. Homebuyers can choose from three different builders.

A unique feature about Seven is that all home buyers will be required to purchase a lifestyle (social) membership of a Seven membership at Desert Mountain. That is the only part of Desert Mountain where a membership is mandatory. Elsewhere in Desert Mountain, there is no membership requirement. The lifestyle membership is currently $20,000 with dues of $595/month.

There are very few places in Scottsdale where a home purchase comes with a mandatory membership. Desert Highlands requires every home buyer to join the golf club ($75,000) and Terravita requires all home buyers to purchase a social membership ($3000).
