Love to Cook? Don’t Miss the Farmer’s Market Tour and Cooking Class

The Desert Mountain culinary staff loves to host cooking classes and events for Desert Mountain members.This Saturday, August 15th, they are offering a special Farmer’s Market tour and cooking class at Constantino’s. The tour begins at 8:30 a.m. at Constantino’s with the Executive Chef. You will be traveling with the chef, in Desert Mountain vehicles, to the Farmers Market located at Roadrunner Park in Phoenix.

At the Farmer’s Market, you will meet with some of the local farmers and get a chance to discuss the benefits of local, naturally grown produce. The group selects a market basket of the freshest produce available and returns to Constantino’s kitchen to cook a delicious meal. There is one Farmers Market Tour each month during summer.
