Hoobler, best known for his position as executive chef at the Boulders from 2002-2005 is making his way into the hearts of Desert Mountain members as he oversees the restaurants in all six clubhouses.
Hoobler, is equipped with a staff of 75 and this team will execute an astounding 4,000 reservations throughout the year. The staff is knowledgeable about both the food and the customers.
Desert Mountain’s private club atmosphere lured Hoobler in because it brings a level of personal service to the dining experience, while working with multiple restaurants allows him to be creative.
Hoobler is also supporting the local economy – he sources local ingredients from Queen Creek Olive Mill, McClendon’s Select of Peoria and Crow’s Dairy of Buckeye.
