Desert Mountain is a “non-tipping club” and members are asked not to tip any employees or staff. They are encouraged to contribute to the employee holiday fund instead. The management established this rule years ago so that members can relax and enjoy the club without concern 
of who or how much to tip. In fact, members don’t even have to carry cash to the clubhouses. They can simply use their member number for meals and items at the pro-shops. It is a easy, simple lifestyle.
