There are currently ONLY 4 Desert Mountain Foreclosures available and they are all under $1 million. Over the past couple of years there have been about 7 to 10 foreclosures on the market at any given time. Does this mean that Desert Mountain is heading towards a full recovery?

Gambel Quail 97 – Priced at $639,900. Features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is just over 4,000 square-feet. You get a lot of home at this price.
Lookout Ridge 1 – Priced at $699,900. Features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and includes a full Equity Golf Membership in the price.
Sunset Canyon 20 – Priced at $897,350. Features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and has a basement which is rare in Arizona.
