In the most recent Cromford Market Distress Index, the zip code 85262, has a distress level of 40.7 out of 100. This zip code includes some of the most desired Master Planned Communities of North Scottsdale such as Desert Mountain, Troon, Estancia, Legend Trail, and Desert Highlands. The charts below show us that Desert Mountain real estate and its surrounding communities remain in good shape. The distress index demonstrates how the foreclosure activity is affecting this particular zip code. It is measured based on the number of normal home sales versus the number of foreclosures. The lower the number of normal home sales, the greater the distress level.
