Desert Mountain is offering a brand new series of cooking classes called Culinary Essentials. Members who attend will be able to meet and work with Desert Mountain’s own professional chefs while learning to prepare three-course meals and enjoying delicious food and wine. This is a fantastic opportunity to get expert cooking tips that you can use in your own kitchen.
Each class will begin with a complimentary glass of wine. There will also be wine and cocktails available at regular price throughout the class. Instructors will then provide interactive live demonstrations projected on a large screen. Follow along step-by-step, and feel free to ask questions along the way. Members will be served each course after it is completed.
Upcoming Culinary Essentials classes will be held on February 5th, March 19th, April 2nd, and May 14th.
Join other Desert Mountain cooking enthusiasts at the Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse terrace. Each session begins at 11 a.m. with hors d’oeuvres and wine, followed by the chef’s demonstration and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Classes are $55 per member.
