Cooking Classes at Desert Mountain with the Executive Chef

Desert Mountain is offering members a Farmers Market Cooking Class on August 15th. Mark your calendars for this fun event. They had one this past weekend and I heard it was a lot of fun. It starts at 8:00 a.m. at the Chiricahua Clubhouse. A bus will pick everyone up and head to the Farmers Market. You will be able to pick the freshest produce with the help of Chef Mark Hamilton and Chef Christopher Nicosias at the Farmers Market. Everyone then returns to Constantino’s kitchen for a fun, hands on cooking session. You will create a feast with the items selected at the farmers market. This is a fun filled day at Desert Mountain’s famous Chiricahua Clubhouse. It is only $55 a person and of course only offered to members of Desert Mountain. What a great experience. Something fun and different to do with a friend or family members.
