Many Realtors shy away from showing their clients foreclosures or bank owned properties. I love it! I think I enjoy selling foreclosures so much for 2 reasons:
1) First, I want to get my clients the absolute best deal possible. I want my clients to be ECSTATIC about their purchase.
2) I love to deal with foreclosures because of my legal background. As a former real estate Attorney I love to help clients sort through the short sale and foreclosure possibilities. I am specially trained to understand the complexities of first liens, second liens, IRS tax liens, property tax liens, title searches etc. I love to explain the differences between short sales and foreclosures and why foreclosures are so much better for the buyer (no liens, no clouding on title etc).
