I blogged yesterday about a Desert Mountain bank owned home that is one of the best deals on the market currently. It is a foreclosure in the Haciendas at Desert Mountain that had previously sold in 2006 for $1,924,660. Well…the bank just reduced the price on that home to $787,199! Sometimes the banks reduce the price on the REO foreclosures to such ridiculous prices it is obvious they just want the file off their desk NOW. I know this will probably be gone within days now (perhaps before you even read this post) but I wanted to update you.
