Desert Mountain has some of the finest restaurants in Scottsdale. I just had the best dinner at Constantino’s in Desert Mountain. What a great way to end a long day of golf and sun! I sat at a table and enjoyed my gourmet dinner while overlooking the golf course I played earlier. I had the Halibut grilled with artichokes, roasted tomatoes, marinated olives, arugula with a lemon olive. Delicious with glass of red wine. I always enjoy selecting my wine from the 2000 bottle, two story wine tower at Constantino’s. The views from the balcony over the Chiricahua Golf Course are amazing. Probably the most amazing views in the whole valley. You can see unobstructed mountains, multiple Desert Mountain golf courses and the city lights. Spectacular!
