Many people assume that Desert Mountain is just for the older, retired crowd. Surprisingly, this is not true at all. This luxurious guard gated golf community has a wide range of homeowners, some younger and some older. As nice as it is to retire at Desert Mountain Scottsdale, it is equally as enjoyable to live there while you are still young. No matter how old you are, you can enjoy all of the great amenities that this community has to offer its club members. There are magnificent tennis facilities, six Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, six clubhouses, as well as hiking and walking trails nearby where you can enjoy the natural sonoran desert landscape that surrounds this North Scottsdale area.
Desert Mountain is attracting more and more wealthy people in their late 30′s and early 40′s. In fact, the last three clients that I have worked with in Desert Mountain have been right within this age range. They each wanted a custom luxury home in a resort-style community so I couldn’t think of a better community to fit their needs. There is a variety of social gatherings at the clubhouses that will appeal to all age groups. These gatherings give Desert Mountain Club Members the opportunity to meet other business professionals and their families that live in the community.

I also live in Arizona and this is a beautiful area. I think that the homes you have listed are absolutely amazing. I bet you are happy that the area has become more open to younger crowd, bigger buyer pool.
