Desert Mountain Memberships Change to Market Based Pricing

The Desert Mountain membership prices have been temporarily slashed. The club is allowing for a market based pricing system for those members currently on the surrender list. Members that have been on the surrender list as of June 18, 2012 or earlier are eligible to place their memberships up for sale at a reduced price of their choice.

The only catch is that the price they set must be at least $65,000 to cover the membership transfer fee. If the membership sells for more than the $65,000 minimum, the remaining balance goes directly to the member surrendering their membership.

There is currently not a set date for this special pricing to end and is completely up to the discretion of the board. So anyone debating on whether or not to participate should act sooner rather than later.
