The best Desert Mountain Foreclosures sell extremely fast. I have said this numerous times and some buyers believe me, others do not. There is a perception in the national media that there is a glut of foreclosures on the market and they don’t sell very fast. That is not the case at all in Desert Mountain. There were multiple offers within 48 hours and it was under contract immediately. The home was listed at $799,000 and sold for $816,000. The moral of the story – the early bird gets the worm.
