The Desert Mountain AZ Real Estate sales decreased last month. There were only 4 homes sold in August 2010 in Desert Mountain and two of these were foreclosures or bank owned homes. This is the lowest number of homes sold in one month this year. The good news is that there are 5 sales currently pending and the average price of these homes is $2,472,179.80. It looks like the market will heat back up in September.
