We will:

Do a thorough home Inspection including a complete walk through of the inside and outside of your home
Check security of home
Check for visible weather damage to roof, windows and landscaping after storms
Check for visible water leaks
Check for visible signs of pest or insect infestation
Check whether refrigerator, A/C and thermostat are working
Operate faucets and flush toilets
Assess whether the pool and landscaping is being maintained properly per contractor agreement
Remove junk mail, flyers or debris that make your property look unoccupied
Water indoor plants
Collect mail

We will email you following each visit and send you digital photos if requested. You will be notified immediately if there is any problem noted during an inspection. We will ensure that your home will be watched in a professional and reliable manner. Your home will be treated like our own.
