The Equity Golf Memberships are limited to 2,375 members. That is fewer than 396 Golf Memberships per course, with six 18-hole courses!
As of January, 2011 there are about 2,100 Equity Golf Members. Tee times are easily available and the courses are never crowded.
Golf Members have the highest priority sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times and tennis court times.
The privileges of each Membership can be enjoyed by your entire immediate family including your spouse and any unmarried children under the age of 25.
As of January 2013 the monthly dues are $1,260. There is also a $1500/year food and beverage minimum. The accompanied golf guest fees are $160/round in season and $80 out of season.
The Equity Golf Membership has a transfer fee of $65,000. Not all property in Desert Mountain includes a Golf Membership.
As your Desert Mountain Specialists we can determine which properties will include a membership, the level of membership and all transfer fees.
The Equity Club Membership, also known as The Social Membership, is currently $40,000.
The privileges of the Club Membership include unlimited access to all tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness facilities, Clubhouses, restaurants and amenities.
Club members can also enjoy unlimited golf in low season (June 1 through October 14).
The privileges of each Membership can be enjoyed by your entire immediate family including your spouse and any unmarried children under 25.
The Equity Club Memberships are capped at a maximum of 290 members. As of January 2011 there are 29 families with Equity Club Memberships.
The monthly dues are $756 for Club Members. There is also a $1500/year food and beverage minimum. The transfer fee for a Club Equity Membership is $20,000.
