The Hunt Club is one of the most popular clubs at Desert Mountain. Members have monthly pheasant hunts from December through March. The hunts take place about 1 hour north of Desert Mountain at the High Desert Hunt Club in Mayer, AZ. The hunts include releases of pheasant and chukars with guides and bird dogs. There is an informal lunch 
served after the hunt. Members’ own dogs are welcome at the hunt as well. This season there will be two overnight pheasant hunts planned at the Chauncey Ranch Stone House. The overnight hunts were wildly successful and popular last year with Desert Mountain members.
