Although the number of homes sold decreased by 2 compared to April, the average price of homes sold in Desert Mountain has increased. In April 2010 the average price of homes sold in this community was $1,268,500 and for May 2010 the average price sold is $2,113,750.
In addition to the average sales price increasing, ALL 8 homes were sold with a Desert Mountain Equity Golf Membership or DEGM. This is not something we typically see. There are usually around 2 or 3 homes sold each month without a membership.
