The Desert Mountain Scottsdale club has completed the first major step in preparing for its turnover to the members. Crescent Real Estate Holdings has submitted a very detailed timeline that outlines the turnover process and a budgeted allocation of funds to spend on the members behalf to the Advisory Board. This initial step is very important and absolutely necessary in the turnover process to ensure that everybody is on the same page and that all funds are handled in an appropriate manner.
In addition to this initial step, Crescent Real Estate Holdings, LLC has already met with the Advisory Board to follow up by reviewing all of the submitted information and to set up future timelines. All of these necessary steps are to ensure that the sale of the Desert Mountain club closes by March 1, 2011.
All membership questions will still be directed to Bob Jones at the club. He will be addressing any questions or concerns that you may have about your existing membership or about becoming a member of the Desert Mountain Club.
