Marc is a Desert Mountain Specialist and Extreme Professional. Marc specializes in luxury homes, homesites and villas in the outstanding community of Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is very familiar with all 32 Villages that make up Desert Mountain. Marc and his family have lived in the area for 10 years. Marc is not the typical Realtor. Ariel Bierl
Ariel is a Desert Mountain Resident and Golf Member. She knows Desert Mountain in a much more intimate, personal way than most other Realtors. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community, homes, subdivisions, regulations, club houses, golf courses, tournaments, restaurants and facilities. Ariel loves to show clients Desert Mountain from an insider’s perspective and share her personal knowledge of the community. Ariel has midwestern roots but grew up in the Scottsdale-Phoenix area. Her passion for real estate was instilled in her at an early age. She comes from a family of successful real estate developers so has been around the real estate industry her entire life. Ariel attended Arizona State University with a major in Marketing. This is an exceptional educational background for a Realtor. It helps her most effectively market and sell her clients’ properties, even in the most difficult times. Lisa Kemper
Lisa is the Client Coordinator for The Scottsdale Experts. Her job is to assist clients during all phases of the purchase or sale. Quite simply, she tries to make everything easier for the clients during the transaction. Lisa graduated from Arizona State University and has a strong background in internet marketing and promotions. Her experience with online marketing helps to give our client’s homes the most exposure possible. She is a licensed Realtor and Member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Lisa also manages our Property Check Service and checks on the homes of our out of town clients. Many of our clients have praised Lisa for her attention to detail when she cares for their homes. She treats each home with the utmost care, as if it was her own. This definitely gives our clients peace of mind while their home is vacant.

Steve Hannesson
Steve is a Dynamic Realtor with a Zest for Putting Clients First. Steve attended the University of North Dakota where he majored in Engineering. He is a licensed Arizona Realtor, a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Steve’s goal is to find each client the perfect home and negotiate the absolute best deal. Steve’s other passion is hockey. He plays on two hockey teams in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Cathy Glover BS
Cathy is the Transaction Coordinator and Will Help Your Deal Close Smoothly. She has in depth knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance and a major in Real Estate. She manages the coordination and processing of all documents pertaining to the sale and escrow of each home. Her priority is to make sure the transaction closes smoothly and on time. She is extremely detail and customer service oriented. Cathy is also a Realtor and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
